Dr. Stephanie Logan is the Director of Special Services and Related Services for the West Deptford School District, where she is also a resident She brings 22 years of experience in education, including 10 years as a special education teacher, three years as a middle school assistant principal, and 10 years as Director of Special Services in the Mantua Township School District.
Dr. Logan holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from La Salle University, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Her dissertation focused on training and supporting teachers who work with students with mental health needs in the classroom.
Dr. Logan is committed to equity, inclusion, and building a school culture grounded in respect, acceptance, and belonging. She believes strong relationships and open communication are at the heart of her work and always keeps students at the center of decision-making. She is the mother of two daughters, has a granddaughter who attends school in the district, and has been married to her husband, Rob, for 30 years.
