MyPowerHub SMS Terms of Service
Welcome to MyPowerHub, the parent engagement platform for West Deptford Public Schools. By opting into our two-way text communication service, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. What You Are Agreeing to Receive
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize West Deptford Public Schools to send you text messages (SMS and MMS) via PowerSchool’s MyPowerHub. These messages include, but are not limited to:

Direct two-way communications with your child’s teachers and school administrators.

School-wide announcements, closures, and emergency alerts.

Important updates regarding your student’s attendance, grades, and school activities.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your school’s activities and your direct interactions with district staff. You will receive messages as needed to keep you informed about your student's education.
3. Costs and Carrier Charges
West Deptford Public Schools does not charge for this text messaging service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service plan. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your texting plan.
4. How to Opt Out (Stop)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

To stop receiving text messages from MyPowerHub, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific number.
5. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, you can get help directly through the system.

Reply HELP to any message you receive for automated assistance instructions.
