Denice DiCarlo

Mrs. DiCarlo has lived in West Deptford for 11 years and currently resides in The Grande with her husband, John, who is a lifelong resident of West Deptford.  They have four children, Alyson (High School), Ryan (High School), Anthony (Green-Fields), and Dylan (Pre-school).

Denice has been with Comcast for 9 years and is currently the Senior Director of Finance and Controller for the PBS KIDS Sprout channel.  She is a CPA and earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of the State of New York in Albany.  In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing and managing operational budgets, assisting in evaluating new business opportunities, and generating/managing all financial information for the Sprout Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

In her prior role at Comcast Headquarters, Denice was the Manager of Accounting and Reporting Controls, which was designated Core Team Leader for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation, ensuring compliance of all corporate policies and processes.

As a mother who manages a career with family life, Denice feels she can be an asset to the West Deptford Board of Education due to her extensive budgeting knowledge and the rigors of raising three school-aged children.
